Current Status: No AI Tools Deployed
As of the effective date of this notice, Parikh & Prasad, PC has not deployed any artificial intelligence tools, chatbots, or automated agents on this Website for public interaction. All communications through this Website — including the contact form — are handled by human staff members.
Planned Future AI Tools
The Firm is evaluating AI-powered tools to improve client service, which may include an AI intake assistant, a general informational consultation assistant, a document checklist tool, and an appointment scheduling tool. None of these are currently in use.
Our Commitments When AI Tools Are Deployed
Every AI tool will clearly identify itself as an automated system before or at the start of every interaction (per California Business and Professions Code §§17940–17943); no AI tool will provide legal advice; interacting with an AI tool will not create an attorney-client relationship; all AI tools will operate under licensed-attorney supervision; information will be handled per our Privacy Policy; and every AI tool will provide an easy path to reach a human. This page will be updated each time an AI tool is added, modified, or removed.
